The Complete 2026/2027 Singapore Corporate Compliance Calendar

Time: 1-minute read

Let’s be honest: you didn’t start a business to spend your evenings memorising ACRA and IRAS deadlines. But in Singapore missing a compliance date isn’t just a minor annoyance—it’s a fast track to hefty fines and a lot of unnecessary stress.

Instead of throwing a massive rule book at you we’ve translated the government jargon into a quick no-nonsense checklist of the 2026 and 2027 deadlines you actually need to care about.

Here is why AI tools alone often fail to suit the complex needs of accounting customers.

1. The ACRA Essentials (Corporate Secretary)

For ACRA everything revolves around your Financial Year End (FYE).

  • The AGM (Annual General Meeting): You have exactly 6 months after your FYE to sort this out. (Though if you run a private company we can usually help you skip the actual meeting with the right paperwork).

  • Annual Returns: Due 7 months after your FYE.

  • Company Updates: Moved office? Swapped a director? You have just 14 days to update ACRA. Don't drag your feet on this one.

2. Keeping IRAS Happy (Accounting & Tax)

The taxman doesn't do "fashionably late".

  • ECI (Estimated Chargeable Income): You need to file this within 3 months of your FYE.

  • The Big Corporate Tax Deadline: 30 November. Every single year. Write it in permanent marker.

  • GST: If you’re GST-registered your returns are due exactly one month after each quarter ends (30 April, 31 July, 31 October and 31 January).

3. Your Team (HR & Payroll)

Looking after your staff means getting the monthly admin right.

  • CPF Contributions: Due by the 14th of the following month. Don't miss it—the government charges a painful 1.5% monthly interest on late payments.

  • AIS (Auto-Inclusion Scheme): Submit your team's income data by 1 March every year so their personal tax filings go smoothly.
